Second Chance Rocks the Two Virginias was founded in 2010, as an economic development project for Bluefield, Virginia, Bluefield, West Virginia and the surrounding areas. Concert co-founders and long time friends, Billy Wagner, all-star reliever, and Erik Robinson, Executive Director of Second Chance Learning Center, have a passion for community and a love for country music. Their vision was a day long concert to help raise money for local non-profit while giving an economic boost to the community. We hope you will join them on this tremendous journey. The more people we have on our team, the bigger impact we can have on our community.
