Second Chance Rocks the Two Virginias was founded in 2010, as an economic development project for Southwestern Virginia and Southern West Virginia. Second Chance Learning Center (SCLC) and Second Chance Rocks the Two Virginias co-founders and long-time friends, Billy Wagner, former all-star reliever, and Erik Robinson, Executive Director of SCLC have a passion for community and a love of country music. Their vision was a concert to help raise money for local non-profits while giving a much needed economic boost to the community. Erik, Billy and the Second Chance Learning Center family hope you will join them on this tremendous journey. The more people they have on their team, the bigger impact on our community.
